Hi there! My name is Fallon. I’m a CA licensed manicurist working in a private room at The House of Beauty Salon. I started my nail tech journey by doing my nails at home around 2017. I had so much fun practicing nail art on my free time. Still do! After attending Lyle’s College of Beauty February - July 2022 and taking the state board exam shortly after, I received my license and have been working at The House of Beauty salon since. I’m passionate about nail art, creating a safe space for everyone, helping clients maintain the health of their natural nails as much a possible, and educating my clients on the structured gel method and its benefits. I love helping clients feel their best with my services. It truly makes my day, every day!
CANCELLATION POLICY
•Booking Deposit Policy• A non refundable deposit is required upon booking an appointment and it will go towards your service total. Payment methods accepted : Apple Pay Venmo Cashapp Card Reoccurring appointment deposit policy All appointments require a $10 deposit to be reserved. But when setting up appointments to be reoccurring every certain number of weeks, it’s impractical to collect a $10 deposit for appointments booked out for more than 6 months, a year, etc. example: Having to pay $120 for booking appointments to be on a reoccurring schedule for a year doesn’t seem very practical. As an alternative way to reserve those spots, a $10 cancellation fee per appointment will be charged for canceling reoccurring appointments up to 6 months. Appointments booked out more than 6 months in advance wont have any fee, I’d prefer to just cap it at 6 months. Essentially a more practical way to have a $10 non refundable deposit on each appointment. •Late, Cancelation, & No-Show Policy• If your are running late past the 15 minute grace period to your appointment you will need be rescheduled and charged 100% of your remaining total. Cancelations/reschedules after 48hrs prior to the appointment will be charged 50% fee. Cancelations/reschedules within 24hrs prior to the appointment will be charged a 100% cancelation fee. This includes add ons such as nail art. Example : You’re scheduled for a structured gel mani and nail art but decide within the cancellation window you want solid color, you will still be charged for nail art. This is extra time that could have been added to another appointment. Please contact me more than 48hrs in advance to cancel any add ons from your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. No-call No-shows will be charged 100% for the service they were scheduled for. If you need to cancel or reschedule before the 48hr cancellation window, please do so via the link containing your appointment details sent to you by gloss genius upon booking. If you have any questions or need me to have gloss genius send you the link again, please reach out via text. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48hr cancellation window please text me. No reason necessary, I respect your privacy and do not require any personal details. Please include what your preferred payment method is for the last minute fee if you do not want the card on file to be charged. If no card is on file I will reach out for an alternative payment method. If you are unsure of what your remaining total is, you’re welcome to reach out/ask in your cancellation or reschedule message. •Sick Policy• If you are sick or think you might be getting sick please reschedule your appointment more than 48hrs in advance from your appointment to avoid the last minute cancellation fee. If you show up to your appointment with any sick symptoms, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 100% of your remaining service total. •For Insurance Purposes & Safety Reasons• Children are not permitted if they are not receiving a service. No extra guests aside from adults accompanying their child if their child is scheduled for an appointment. Minors must be accompanied at their appointments. If you have any open wounds/cuts/scrapes on your hands before a manicure or feet before a pedicure, rescheduling may be required. It is out of my scope of practice to work on manicures or pedicures when there is an open wound near nail/on the fingers or toes. If an open cut occurs before your appointment that can’t be worked around during the service and you don’t think it will heal in time we will need to cover it with a bandaid and only work on the non injured fingers. For pedicures : If there are any open wounds or scabs on the feet, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The pedicures I offer are spa pedicures. A band aid cannot keep all the spa water out of cuts if the cut is below mid calf. If you have any product on your nails ( acrylic, dip, gel etc) from a previous service that I did not provide, please add a product removal service to your appointment when scheduling. •Cell Phone Policy• Manicures : Please keep cell phone use hands free and to a minimum. Texting and scrolling causes much more movement of your arms than it might seem. Movement can cause me to slow down for safety reasons while using the efile and can cause me to make mistakes on gel application & nail art which sets me behind on my schedule for the next client. Please bring headphones for phone calls to keep your hands free during manicures. Pedicures : Cell phone use is welcome as long as you use headphones for phone calls/watching videos etc to not disrupt the beauticians and their guests around us. Additional Important information: Reference photos or description of what nail art you would like is required upon booking to ensure we will have enough time to do the nail art you have in mind. At the very latest, please send the details by the week of your appointment. Please make sure to review your appointment details when scheduling to make sure you have planned on being at your appointment the amount of time the service requires. The link with your appointment details texted and emailed to you will also provide the option to cancel and reschedule at your own convenience. Due to safety purposes, the salons multiple entrances are locked at all times. Please remain in your vehicle when you have arrived. Text me when you have parked and I will respond to let you know when I can meet you at the front door shortly.
